Design by Hand and Eye

I usually don’t get involved with little snippets of things, but every once in a while something comes across the bench that shows significant creativity and an understanding of a more complex topic.

This happens to be one. A great stop-motion short about designing a footstool using Leonardo’s concepts embodied in Vitruvian Man, which he made to highlight the book  that he has written. Not all teaching is this entertaining.  Perfect for 3 minutes of your morning.

Thanks go out to Jim Tolpin the author/maker and Andrea Love, the ambitious animator.

Love, Love Love this little video. He reminded me of Robert Adam. I’m going to send it to him.
