One of my favorite events that the New Hampshire Furniture Masters puts on each year is our exhibition and silent auction, which is scheduled to take place on Thursday, July 10 from 5:30-8 pm at the Historical Society in Concord, New Hampshire.

This concurring exhibit features examples of some of the finest homemade furniture being made today by 10 New Hampshire Furniture Masters members (including myself), 3 invited artists, and 1 emerging artist. Come browse through the Historical Society’s main floor gallery to see some of our finest work exhibited. Then stick around for the silent auction for your chance to win some of the furniture on exhibit while helping to support the Masters’ educational initiatives.

If you are considering commissioning a custom piece of furniture, this exhibit will prove to be inspiring with the variety of design styles and approaches used to make the furniture. The event will provide you with the opportunity to speak with us about our creations.

In the event that you are not able to make it to the opening reception and silent auction, the exhibition itself runs through July 31. The Historical Society is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30 am to 5 pm, and admission to experience the exhibit is free.

Please contact me to learn more about the New Hampshire Furniture Masters and the various exhibits and events that we have happening throughout the year. Be sure to check back with my design blog frequently as I also like to share information about upcoming furniture exhibits in New England that are worth attending.
